Thank you for responding to our open sales/real estate positions
I have found that the best performers sold four to ten times as much as the average performers. Therefore it is important to find someone who matches the “strengths” required for this particular position. I have outlined some of the position responsibilities & strengths required. Please read them carefully & respond only if you feel certain that your strengths will match those of the position available.
The best sales performers often have little in common with one another. The best salespeople adapt the job to suit their strengths; they do not attempt to change their strengths to fit the job. It is much easier to tailor a suit to fit your body than to tailor your body to fit a suit.
Below you will find a list of VERY IMPORTANT strengths for this position. Please make sure you have them before you respond. I plan to train you to earn $100K your first year & over $250K your second year. If you do not have the below STRENGTHS, please find something more suitable for your success. I am writing this to show you that I respect your time, success & strengths whereas your current experience, education, sales abilities, motivation & training are not that relevant to your success for THIS position.
Position Responsibilities & Strengths Required:
• You will meet new customers every SINGLE day.
• You will only have ONE shot at a customer, which means you must be very comfortable asking for a DEPOSIT the very day you see them for the FIRST time. No EXCEPTIONS. This is a major strength.
• A HIGH degree of FLEXIBILITY. Your ability to constantly change as the circumstances present themselves.
• Your ability to THINK & RESPOND on your feet.
• You will ONLY do real estate RENTALS (Nothing else to start).
• 70% of your day will be invested outside the office showing & renting apartments.
• You are inherently ENTHUSIASTIC. Ability to ENGAGE a customer.
• Being DISCIPLINED & having a degree of ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS & EFFICIENCY.
• This is a full time position where you will agree not to get a second or part time job.
